What happens during a reiki session?
It is strongly advised to perform a distance reiki session over Zoom or another video chat platform in which Michael can visually see you. Make sure your devices are charged or plugged in—headphones are also recommended. Michael offers a guided meditation to ease in and out of the session—perfect for first-time clients! Afterwards, there will be some time left to debrief and receive suggestions for how to better integrate the healing from your session.
